Michigan LGBTQ+ Unity Virtual Summit will allow participants from a range of professional spaces to engage in meaningful learning and dialogue around inclusionary best- practices, leadership strategies, awareness, and community issues as they relate to the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace. Our hope and goal are to inspire and provide organizations valuable takeaways that help enhance the internal development of broader, more equitable, and inclusive programs and policies, which create a culture where individuals are safe, valued, respected, and confident their contributions matter.
