Mark has been in the field of learning and professional development for nearly 20 years. He currently works as an Instructional Designer and Learning Specialist at the University of Michigan’s, office of Learning & Professional Development (LPD).
He is the curriculum-lead for Supervisory Essentials: U-M Policy & Compliance; and Foundations of Supervision I, II, and III; as well as teaching classes in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion including Generations, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Unconscious Bias. Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
