Reuben Kapp is a Senior Admissions Counselor in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. He is also a part-time Master’s student studying Higher Education at the University of Michigan’s Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education (CSHPE). Reuben is also a New Leadership Academy Fellow with the National Forum on Higher Education for the Public Good (National Forum) and the American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education (AAHHE).

In addition to this, he served as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Implementation Lead for the Office of Enrollment Management (OEM). Prior to working for the University of Michigan, Reuben lived in Washington D.C. doing fundraising.

He also worked on Capitol Hill and the U.S. Department of State as a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Fellow. Reuben received his Bachelor of Arts from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
