Tuesday, November 12, 2013 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM (EST)
This session, presented by Dr. Sandy Fiaschetti and Nicole Lentz, will provide tools to the HR professional to understand how to “be in front” of potential leadership derailment. Components of the program will involve exposure to a variety of leadership and personality assessment tools and discussion of ways to utilize these tools when hiring and developing organizational leaders. Attendees will also understand how the use of such assessments has the potential to level the playing field for a diverse workforce. As a result of the session, attendees will gain insight into when to engage outside help in personality assessment for selection and development. The knowledge of this domain should enable the HR professional to be a better strategic partner, with broader offerings, for their business units.
