Co-founder of Magnet, Dr. Fiaschetti brings over 15 years of HR experience as a thought leader and internal and external consultant to many small, mid-, and Fortune 100 companies, across a variety of industries. Most recently, Sandy was VP of People Engagement at the start-up hybrid vehicle company, Bright Automotive. At Bright, she led the organization responsible for all people-related systems such as organizational culture and effectiveness, talent assessment and acquisition, talent management, executive coaching, and compensation. She is particularly passionate about the importance of integrating people initiatives into strategic business plans and about emphasizing innovation and creativity in the workplace.
Sandy earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan- Dearborn and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. She is a past president of Michigan Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists.
