The Women’s Empowerment Forum promises to be a dynamic platform for dialogue surrounding the challenges and rewards of being a successful female leader. Join the MIDC and several successful female executives as they examine the need and role of women on corporate boards. Discussion points will include organizational and personal challenges of navigating the business world and action steps to overcome such obstacles, as well as advice on how to manage your career to ultimately be selected to serve on a corporate board.
