With over 30 years of leadership experience in CEO roles, Catherine has specialized in turnaround opportunities and new business initiatives. She has a broad background that includes experience in CEO selection, building winning teams, strategic planning, public speaking and executive coaching. Catherine is also skilled with improving Board/CEO relations allowing them to achieve ultimate success. Catherine has received numerous awards for her leadership including being named one of Detroit’s Most Influential Women, receiving the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Michigan Business and Professional Association, being inducted into the Macomb County Hall of Fame, and most recently she is the recipient of the Michigan Credit Union League’s 2012 Distinguished Service Award. In addition to her many awards, Catherine has achieved the designation of International Credit Union Development Educator and has also received an honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from Detroit College of Business. Catherine serves on the board of directors for The American Cancer Society Great Lakes Division and Health Alliance Plan. She is also a board trustee for the Henry Ford Health System.
