Anne Rhoades has worked as a human resources professional for more than a decade in both private and public sectors. She currently manages all of the human resources activity in a department with 85 faculty, 88 staff, 120 visiting researchers, and more than 1,300 students. The department is a culturally diverse environment where the student and visitor population is primarily foreign. She brings her experience and insights to a variety of University committees to streamline processes while keeping in the forefront the value of each individual being served.
