Unity through Diversity & Inclusion: It Begins with All of Us

The Michigan Diversity Council (MIDC) conducted a 2021 survey with Human Resources Professionals and Recruiters to determine their greatest need. The #1 request was to increase their pipeline with diverse recruits and learning diversity recruitment best practices. The MIDC will host a Diversity Career Fair to help address organizations’ and job seekers' needs. In addition to offering a workshop on the Art of Diversity Recruitment. Career Fair Times: 9:00 am -12:00 pm, 4:00 pm -6:00 pm. The Art of Diversity Recruitment Workshop is a two-hour session where participants will learn the best practices, tools, and techniques on recruitment and how to implement these practices at their perspective organizations. Attendees will leave with an array of information and resources on how to be successful and make an impactful difference to help increase the diversity pipeline.
