The Michigan Diversity Council (MIDC) invites you to join the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) conversation and help create meaningful change. At our upcoming CEO Business Case for DEI, corporate leaders will come together to engage in a dialogue that focuses on implementing organizational changes to promote and support an inclusive environment where all feel welcome. DEI in the workplace is essential for an organization's continued success in the global marketplace. As many studies show, DEI fosters innovation, improves retention, increases revenue, and much more. MIDC is committed to advancing diversity through events such as these.
